Privacy Policy
Welcome to RAGID's website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by RAGID (Company No. 513382556) (the "Site Management" or the "Company"). The Site serves as an informational website about the Company and is intended for the general public.
General
The provisions of this policy apply equally to all visitors, regardless of gender.
The provisions of this policy and the terms of use appearing on the Site define the legal relationship between the Site visitor and the Site. Use of the Site constitutes the visitor's agreement to these terms and to any additional terms appearing on the Site.
The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, update this policy.
These terms apply to use of the Site and the services included in it via any computer or other communication device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, etc.), and to use of the Site whether via the Internet or via any other network or communication medium.
Nothing in this policy derogates from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the "Consumer Protection Law") and the regulations enacted thereunder, to the extent they apply to the Site, except where such provisions may be contracted out of and such a waiver has been made within the Site, whether explicitly or implicitly.
The Company and the Site Management make every effort to present the most complete and comprehensive information, including images; however, inaccuracies, errors, and/or omissions may appear on the Site in good faith and without malicious intent, and the Company, the Site Management, and the Site shall bear no liability arising from them.
Section headings are provided for the visitor's convenience and orientation only, and shall not be used in interpreting this policy.
Content from the Site — including on other websites, in electronic publications, or in print publications — may not be copied or used, nor may others be permitted to use it in any other way, for any purpose not authorized in advance and in writing by the Company.
The date recorded, for all purposes, in the Company's systems shall be the determining date.
Copyright
All intellectual property rights, including patents, copyrights, designs, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the Company or of third parties who have authorized the Site Management to use them.
These rights apply, among other things, to the data on the Site and to any other detail related to its operation — including the Site's name, domain name (ragiddc.com), and trademarks, whether registered or not, all of which are the Company's property. They may not be used without the Company's prior written consent.
Information from the Site — including trademarks, images, text, and design — may not be copied, duplicated, distributed, sold, marketed, rented, or translated without the Company's prior written approval.
Content from the Site other than the Site's home page may not be linked to (deep linking), displayed, or published in any way, unless the deep link leads to the Site page in its entirety and as-is, and subject to the Site Management's prior consent. The Site Management may order the cancellation of a deep link even after granting its consent, at its sole discretion.
Liability
The Company, and anyone acting on its behalf, bears no direct or indirect liability for damages arising from the repair, assembly, or replacement of products.
The Company bears no liability for damages arising from use of, or reliance on, information published on external websites linked from the Site. It is clarified that the Company works, and will continue to work, to cooperate only with reliable and reputable suppliers.
The Company bears no liability for damages arising from or related in any way to the use or performance of the Site.
In any event, the Company shall not be liable for the activity of any party not under its full control.
Confidentiality and Privacy
The personal details of a Site visitor (name, email, and the like) will be stored in the Company's databases.
The Company will not transfer a Site visitor's personal details to any party other than suppliers, where necessary and solely for the purpose of contact and/or marketing and advertising needs.
Notwithstanding the above, the Company may transfer a user's personal details to a third party in cases where: the visitor has committed an act or omission that harms or may harm the Company or any third party; the visitor has used the Company's services to carry out an unlawful act; the Company has received a court order requiring it to disclose the visitor's details to a third party; or in connection with any dispute or legal proceedings.
The Company may use visitors' personal details, without identifying the specific visitor, for the purpose of statistical analysis and its presentation or transfer to other parties.
As these are activities conducted in an online environment, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity against intrusions into its computers or exposure of stored information by parties carrying out unlawful acts. Should a third party gain access to information held by the Company and/or misuse it, the user shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Company.
The Company may use "cookies" to provide the user with fast and efficient service, to save the visitor the need to re-enter personal details on every visit to the Site, and for advertising and marketing purposes within external advertising systems.
In cases beyond the Company's control and/or arising from force majeure, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the loss of this information or its unauthorized use.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law applicable to this policy, and to any action or dispute arising from it, is Israeli law exclusively.
In the event of any dispute, the courts (Magistrate's or District) of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
