Traditional + PCSA

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Incorporating a Pre-Construction Services Agreement brings the contractor into the process early, before design and final pricing are complete.

Design is fully completed before the tender is published and a contractor selected. Once design is complete, a Prequalification process runs, followed by an RFP and selection of a contractor at a fixed price.
